CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book a service, a deposit of $6-$30 is required. This deposit is directly applied to the cost of your scheduled service. Please note, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that you may need to cancel appointments. However, if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled service, you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Please be aware that a pattern of excessive cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments with us. To ensure a smooth experience, additional time has been allocated for all clients to complete intake forms. Please be aware that refusal to sign the necessary documentation will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 5-minute grace period. If you anticipate being more than 5 minutes late, please call us. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment or an inability to complete all booked services.
