CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book a service, a $6-$30 retainer is required. The retainer will be directly applied to the cost of your scheduled service. Please note that all retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and you may need to adjust your appointment. Cancellations and reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% service fee. We value every client’s time as well as our own; therefore, all policies are strictly upheld, and exceptions cannot be granted. Please note that frequent last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments. To ensure a smooth experience, additional time has been allocated for all clients to complete intake forms. Please be aware that refusal to sign the necessary documentation will result in the cancellation of your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 5-minute grace period. If you anticipate being late, please text us. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling your appointment or an inability to complete all booked services. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present in the treatment room for the duration of the appointment. Other guests should remain in the lobby. We hereby reserve the right to change the pricing and all other information presented on this website without advance notice.
